Lalena Kotasek is an experienced entrepreneur and published expert in digital marketing, with 14 years of experience in the digital space and an impressive track record as a four-time business owner.
Her deep expertise in digital strategy, brand growth, and customer engagement has earned her recognition as a thought leader in multiple industries. Lily's entrepreneurial ventures highlight her ability to build and scale successful businesses by leveraging innovative marketing techniques to deliver exceptional results. As a published authority, she continues to inspire and guide others through her insights, solidifying her reputation as a visionary in business and digital marketing.
Prior to launching Collaborative Concepts, Lily owned her own construction companies, served as General Manager for National Van Lines and United Van Lines, was Vice President of Marketing for United Van Lines, Director of eCommerce for an independent electrical supply distributor, and most recently completed a marketing and ecommerce project with an industrial housing builder out of Dallas, TX.
She also brings expertise in warehouse management and distribution to her clients. Having been on the business owner side of marketing, she is passionate about helping you grow your business.
