Founded over 15 years ago by Lalena "Lily" Kotasek, the agency was built on a single belief: businesses deserve a true partner, not just a vendor. Our Story
In addition to studying marketing, Lalena came from the field. A 4x business owner and second-generation construction professional, she spent decades managing profit margins, navigating sales cycles, and directing teams before ever putting "marketing agency" on a business card. She worked her way up to VP of Marketing at United Van Lines, overseeing more than $100K/month in ad spend across 15 domestic locations. She has served as IT Director in wholesale distribution and manufacturing, giving her a rare technical depth most marketers simply don't have.
When she founded Collaborative Concepts Marketing in Montgomery, TX, she brought all of that real-world experience with her — and built an agency that could serve complex businesses that other agencies struggle to understand.
