Collaborative Concepts Marketing LLC
Privacy Policy
How Collaborative Concepts Marketing, LLC collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information on collaborativeconcepts.net — including your privacy rights and our SMS texting terms.
EFFECTIVE DATE: AUGUST 6, 20261.Our Guiding Principles
- We maintain a strict no-spam policy. You will not receive marketing emails or texts from us unless you have subscribed, opted in, or requested communications.
- We collect only the information needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and improve your experience.
- We protect your data with reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
2.Information We Collect
Information you provide voluntarily
When you submit a contact form, request a free marketing analysis, subscribe to communications, or engage our services, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any information you include in your message or provide during our engagement (such as billing information for clients).
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information, including browser type and version, IP address, device information, pages visited, time on page, and referral source (such as a search engine or AI search platform). This data is used in aggregate to diagnose issues, analyze traffic, and improve the Website.
Information from other sources
We may occasionally receive information about you from third parties, such as advertising or analytics partners, publicly available business directories, or referrals. Any such data is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3.How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide requested information or proposals;
- To deliver, administer, and invoice our services for clients;
- To send updates, newsletters, or promotions only if you have opted in — you may unsubscribe at any time;
- To personalize Website content based on your interests or general location;
- To analyze Website performance and improve our services;
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, our clients, and the public.
4.Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, retain session data, measure performance, and support our own marketing. Specifically, the Website may use:
- Squarespace — our website platform, which sets functional and performance cookies necessary to operate the site;
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Website in aggregate. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, or opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
- Google Ads and remarketing tags — to measure our advertising and show relevant ads to past Website visitors. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com;
- Social media pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) — to measure campaigns and reach past visitors on social platforms, where installed.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. Some Website features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
5.How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal information only:
- With service providers who help us operate our business — such as website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, CRM, analytics, and payment processing — under obligations to use the data only to provide services to us;
- As required to deliver services you request (for example, setting up advertising or platform accounts on a client's behalf);
- To comply with law — in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal obligation, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Collaborative Concepts Marketing, LLC, our clients, or the public;
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data;
- With your consent — if we ever plan to share your data beyond what is stated here, you will be notified and given the opportunity to decline.
6.Client Data We Process for Others
In providing marketing services, we may process personal information on behalf of our clients — for example, customer lists for email or text campaigns, CRM records, or advertising audience data. In those cases, our client is the controller of that data and we act as a processor or service provider: we use client-provided data only to perform the contracted services, under the client's instructions and the applicable Marketing Services Agreement, and we do not use it for our own purposes or share it with other clients. Individuals with questions about data processed on behalf of one of our clients should contact that business directly.
7.Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the duration of a client relationship and any period required for invoicing, tax, legal, or recordkeeping purposes — after which it is deleted or de-identified. Inquiry data from prospects who do not become clients is retained only as long as useful to respond to and follow up on the inquiry.
8.Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.
9.Your Privacy Rights (Texas & Other States)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). Regardless of whether a particular law applies to us, we extend the following choices to all individuals whose data we hold as a business:
- Access — confirm whether we process your personal information and request a copy;
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
- Deletion — request that we delete personal information we hold about you;
- Portability — request your data in a portable, readily usable format;
- Opt out — opt out of targeted advertising cookies (see Section 4) and unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@collaborativeconcepts.net with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity and respond within forty-five (45) days. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line "Privacy Appeal," and we will respond to your appeal within sixty (60) days with a written explanation. Texas residents who are dissatisfied with the outcome of an appeal may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
