Why we're asking. Our public review of othram.com told us what the outside world sees. This questionnaire tells us what's happening inside — goals, revenue mix, how cases really come in, and where the team is stretched. Your answers feed directly into a prioritized 12-month growth roadmap and a proposal scoped to the numbers you care about.
